As a naturopathic physician, I practice functional, science-based naturopathic medicine. My approach to health is to start with the foundation: a healthy environment, good nutrition, and regular exercise. I focus on removing toxicity, balancing nutrition, replenishing deficiencies, and restoring optimal function. As every individual is unique, I treat the person and not the disease, using traditional and progressive naturopathic therapies, alone or with conventional medicine.
