I have always had a Passion for looking at homes and imagining what they could be. My dad used to flip homes so we were always around from the beginning to the end. That passion led me to investing in real estate by owning rental properties and flipping houses while attending University. In 2003 I decided to turn my real estate hobby into a full time career and left my programming job with IBM to get my real estate license.
