Sweet Violet Counselling Inc. offers individual, couples, family, and group therapy. We offer services to people across the lifespan, who feel worried and stressed or who have mental health and substance use concerns. We collaborate with you using effective psychotherapy, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or Narrative Therapy. We also offer virtual therapy and free consultations. For ethno-cultural communities and non-profit organisations, we provide free education and workshops. This free service aims to promote dialogue about mental health and substance use, as well as aid access to counselling and other resources.
