CERTIFIED BUILDING INSPECTOR OF QUÉBEC

Holder of a diploma in Residential Building Inspection from Urban Studies, René Doucet is a certified building inspector, affiliated with Réseau-IBC, since April 25, 2019. Passionate about renovation, he obtained a license as a specialized contractor from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) and studied 3 years in residential renovation. Each of his inspections is unique because he loves to share his 15 years of renovation experience with his clients by following up on each of their files following their inspection.
