The DBT Clinic offers evidence-based, specialized Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programs for adults and adolescents. We are located in Toronto and provide services across Ontario. Our team is dedicated to helping clients who struggle with their emotions to achieve less suffering and greater peace, and to build the lives they want to live.
