Catholic Archdiocese of Ottawa-Cornwall Ontario

The Archdiocese of Ottawa was canonically erected in the Diocese of Bytown name in 1847, and was elevated to an archdiocese in 1886. The Archdiocese of Ottawa-Cornwall serves Catholics in the capital of Canada and the surrounding areas in the province of Ontario.
