As professional first responders and healthcare workers, we have responded to many emergencies over the years. It became clear that most organizations did not have an emergency plan beyond calling 911 – which is not an emergency plan! In 2010, we formed our company, and assembled a team of professionals from Healthcare, Police, Fire, EMS, Critical Management and Communications, IT, and software development to help our clients Get Ready. Our unique role-based Job Action Sheets separate policy from procedure to create easy to follow, relevant and actionable checklists for all levels of staff, and provide senior management real-time situational awareness.
